Svetlana Dzardanova coordinates the Academy’s activities related to delivering professional trainings, developing and implementing research projects, conferences and publications. Her extensive practical and research experience includes the Office of the Special representative and Co-ordinator for Combating Trafficking in Human beings at the OSCE Secretariat,  various research projects of the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI) and the OSCE Academy, and others.

Svetlana Dzardanova holds MA in Political Science (Central Asia) from the OSCE Academy in Bishkek and BA (Hon) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from American University of Central Asia.
