Junior Public Officers (JPO) Programme Agreement Signed with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Afghanistan

On May 28, 2012, the OSCE Academy has signed an Agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Afghanistan allowing its graduates from Afghanistan to intern at the Ministry.

This Agreement has become the forth one after the similar Agreements signed with the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan on September 10 2010, Kyrgyz Republic on January 12, 2011 and Republic of Tajikistan on June 15, 2011.

All agreements implement a Junior Public Officers (JPO) Program initiated by the OSCE Academy. The purpose of the Program is to give alumni of the Academy valuable work experience in the public service of their home countries.
