Students learn Best Practices in Conducting Competency-based Interviews for International Organizations

On 4 May the OSCE Department of Human Resources in Vienna, Austria hosted a Virtual Recruitment Bootcamp for students of the OSCE Academy in Bishkek. The e-event was moderated by Gustavo Araujo, Chief of Talent Acquisition at the OSCE in Vienna, Austria and Sakina Saodatkadamova, experienced HR Officer specialized in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, Tajikistan.

Participants learned tips in completing applications as well as best practices in conducting competency-based interviews for the international organizations. They also had the opportunity to practice their newly acquired skills in small virtual groups and receive feedback from the Recruiters.
