The OSCE Academy would like to express gratitude to the Institute for War and Peace Reporting in Kyrgyzstan (IWPR) for donation of 30 books for journalists and human rights defenders in Kyrgyz and Russian languages.
These books were published by IWPR under the "Protection of human rights and human rights education through the media in Central Asia" project, funded by the European Commission.
