The OSCE Academy team deeply saddened to inform you that our beloved colleague Ms Bilimjan Isataeva, Finance and Administrative Officer, passed away last night. As many of you know, she has been fighting cancer. A funeral ceremony will be held tomorrow at 10.00 am near Bishkek.
Ms Bilimjan has been working at the Academy since its foundation and contributed a lot to the development of the institution.
