On 22 April the OSCE Academy organized a Chapter meeting for its alumni currently working and residing in Dushanbe. 23 graduates gathered for a meeting with the Academy Faculty members: Dr. Anja Mihr, DAAD Visiting Professor at the OSCE Academy, Dr. Nazgul Jenish, Senior Lecturer, Dr. Emil Dzhuraev, Senior Lecturer, Dr. Barchynai Kimsanova, Teaching Fellow and Mr Jonathon Hornbrook, Visiting Lecturer. During the meeting Dr. Anja Mihr shared her experience of working as a short-time election observer, part of the OSCE/ODIHR Election Observation mission. The meeting was followed by informal dinner, during which alumni had a chance to introduce themselves, build new connections, and discuss latest regional and global developments.
