From 27-30 June OSCE Academy staff members participated in a Retreat at the picturesque lake Issyk-Kul. The aims of this Retreat were to update all staff members about the current standing of the Academy and its latest developments; preparation of the annual calendar of activities for 2020, and introduction of the effective use of this calendar by all staff members; brainstorming for ideas to support drafting of Development Strategy. The intensive programme included a presentation by the management, group works and teambuilding activities.
