On 4 October the OSCE Academy’s staff members participated in a one-day Retreat in the mountains. The management of the Academy made a presentation on latest updates and developments of the Academy, from June till October 2019 and shared the plans and expectations for 2020. Following the presentation staff members worked in a team, preparing the calendar of activities for 2020. This team-building activity also allowed each department to get familiarized with the duties of other departments to ensure the continuity of the team synergy.
