Karlygach Nurmanbetova joined the OSCE Academy in 2022. Prior to her current position, Karlygach worked at the American University of Central Asia's Tian Shan Policy Center for its Good Governance program. Karlygach holds a Bachelor's degree in International and Comparative Politics from the American University of Central Asia and a Master's Degree in Public Policy from the Central European University in Budapest.
