Dr. John D. Jinkner is an experienced educator and researcher with a strong background in applied econometrics, specializing in freight transportation and economic impact analysis. With over two decades each of corporate and academic experience, Dr. Jinkner has contributed extensively to transportation consulting, grant writing, and academic instruction across multiple international institutions. Dr. Jinkner has taught over 30 different course titles in countries such as the United States, China, Ethiopia, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan.
