International and Regional Trade Arrangements Module at the Academy

In November 2013 the “International and Regional Trade Arrangements” teaching module started in the MA in Economic Governance and Development programme. The module aims to discuss the issues related to the liberalized international and regional trade; how to balance international free trade with other governmental objectives such as protection of human health or public morals or domestic labor market. The course is led by Dr. Lukasz Gruszczynski from the Poland’s Academy of Sciences (Warsaw, Poland).
It is first time that Dr. Gruszczynski is lecturing at the OSCE Academy.  "The OSCE Academy is a place of intellectual excellence. Its students are probably the best proof of it," said Dr. Gruszczynski. Short-term modules are a part of the curricula of both master's programmes at the Academy.
