On 10 June 2022, Paolo Bernasconi, the Director for Human Resources at the OSCE in Vienna, visited the OSCE Academy and delivered a presentation to MA students of the OSCE Academy in Bishkek on the Recruitment Process in International Organizations. Students learned tips for completing the recruitment process, planning applications, hints for the cover letter, and best practices in conducting competency-based interviews. They also had the opportunity to ask questions and discuss job and internship opportunities at the UN and OSCE.
