On 3 December the OSCE Academy was honored to welcome Mr. Tomas Niklasson, EU Special Envoy for Afghanistan, H.E. Ambassador Marilyn Josefson, Head of EU Delegation to Kyrgyzstan, accompanied by Mr. René Hansen, Senior Political Advisor of Special Envoy and Mr. Raimonds Vingris, Head of Political, Press and Information section of the EU Delegation to Kyrgyzstan.
Distinguished guests were welcomed by Dr. Indira Satarkulova, Deputy Director of the OSCE Academy, Ms. Victoria Orazova, Head of International Office, and Dr. Elena Zhirukhina, Senior Lecturer. Dr. Satarkulova presented the Academy’s Programmatic activities and the plans to expand them in 2023, including the third Masters Programme in Human Right and Sustainably which will be launched jointly with the Global Campus of Human Right in Venice with the financial support of the EU. Both sides discussed the initiative of the OSCE Academy to develop the Afghan Research Centre.
