From March 19 to 21, 2025, Ms. Karlygach Nurmanbetova, Children’s Rights Officer at the OSCE Academy, and Ms. Kulsun Kulmatova, a Youth Advisory Group (YAG) member of the GC Central Asia's Children’s Rights direction, participated in the “International Workshop for Global Campus Child Rights Regional Officers” and the meeting of the Global Campus Youth Advisory Group. They represented Global Campus Central Asia, as well as the OSCE Academy in Bishkek at this event, which was organized by the Global Campus of Human Rights in partnership with Right Livelihood.
The workshop provided a dynamic platform for cross-regional exchange, bringing together experts and young advocates from the eight regional hubs of the Global Campus to share best practices and lessons learned in advancing children’s rights worldwide. Simultaneously, Youth Advisory Group members convened for a dedicated meeting, fostering collaboration, alignment, and joint strategizing between youth advocates and child rights officers.
