On 4 November the OSCE Academy in Bishkek signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with The Kazy Dikambaev Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic. On the same occasion the Diplomatic Academy also signed a memorandum of cooperation with the American University in Central Asia (AUCA).
The memorandum is signed to contribute to the improvement of the quality of education, increase the effectiveness of faculty and student research activities, enhance the professional and academic competence of students and faculty, improve management systems, establish internal and external communication networks and share library resources.
The document offers different areas of cooperation ranging from joint educational programmes to consulting and exchange of information.
