Д-р Асель Доолоткельдиева преподает курсы по политологии магистрантам Академии ОБСЕ в Бишкеке. Она получила докторскую степень в области политики в Университете Эксетера (Великобритания) и степень магистра в Париже. Ранее она была приглашенным научным сотрудником в College Mondial, FMSH (Париж, Франция). Ее академические интересы включают социальную мобилизацию, смену режимов и демократизацию, постсоциализм и политическую экономию добычи ресурсов в Центральной Азии.
