Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees of the OSCE Academy is a corporate body created to govern the management and operations of the OSCE Academy. It shall have all the powers and duties specified in the Charter of Academy, as re-registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on 8 June 2022.

The Board of Trustees is constituted, as noted in the Charter of the OSCE Academy, by representatives of the Central Asian states, members of the donor community, representatives of the OSCE and international academic institutions. 

The Board of Trustees currently include:

  • Switzerland
  • the United States

 

  • Norwegian Institute of International Affairs
  • OSCE Secretariat/Conflict Prevention Centre
  • OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek
  • OSCE Chairpersonship-in-Office
  • Geneva Centre for Security Policy

The trusteeships of the OSCE, donor community and the Central Asian states are institutional and not individual.
