The Academy seeks to establish cooperation with states, international organizations, public and private business entities, associations, which can contribute to our successful activity. Networks

Since 2013 the OSCE Academy is a Member of the OSCE Network of Think Tanks and Academic Institutions. Founded in 2013, the OSCE Network of Think Tanks and Academic Institutions is an autonomous OSCE-related track II initiative. In 2023 the OSCE Academy also joined CAREC Think Tanks Network (CTTN).

Institutional Partners

The OSCE Academy in Bishkek maintains productive partner relations with a number of international and regional institutes. The partnerships cover various areas, including joint research and teaching activities, conferences as well as large-scale programmatic activities.

The Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI) has been one of the key donors and partners of the Academy since 2010. The Norwegian government has supported the partnership through a large  grant  to launch a new MA Programme in Economic Governance and Development as well as to support  teaching,  student internships, the Alumni Network, conferences and so on. The staff and researchers of NUPI regularly conduct teaching modules at both graduate programs of the Academy, while about five current students of the Academy and two alumni spend productive research-oriented internships at NUPI in Oslo as well as several other European institutions every year thanks to the Academy's partnership with NUPI.

The Geneva Centre for Security Policy is a long-term committed partner of the OSCE Academy in supporting research  profile of the Academy as well as contributing to student learning and research. The GCSP is a key partner of the annual  Central Asian Security Seminar that the Academy has been hosting every September since 2008. Every year several  current  students of the Academy have internship at the GCSP, while one graduate receives a full scholarship to study at  Master of Advanced Studies in International and European Security (MAS Programme).
