OSCE Academy and JACAFA form Partnership

On 26 April 2023, Dr. Indira Satarkulova, Acting Director of the OSCE Academy, and Dr. Saso A. Vrboski, President and Project Funding Coordinator, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The collaboration foresees the Experts and Lecturers exchange, as well as the possibility to organize joint academic and training-related activities.

JACAFA, affiliated with The Nippon Foundation in Japan, aims to support Human Resource Development with people who have knowledge and connection with Japan and Central Asia. At the same time, creation and strengthening a Central Asian Community concept is the motto of this platform. A sustainable and active alumni network in Central Asia and implementation of projects with various sectors such as NGOs, universities, think-tanks, government institutions, and companies are the main goals of the association.
