Visit of the British Ambassador to the OSCE Academy

On 23 August 2023, the OSCE Academy was honored to welcome newly appointed British Ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic H.E. Nicholas Bowler. This visit was organized with the support of the OSCE Programme in Bishkek. Dr. Indira Satarkulova, Acting Director of the OSCE Academy, and Mr. Colin McCullough, Senior Planning and Co-ordination Officer, OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek, introduced the Academy’s activities and the plans for further development of its programmes. After a short introductory meeting Ambassador Bowler was invited to the Closing Ceremony of the Academy’s Summer School to address the students before the certificate awarding.
