Guest Lecture by Regional Representative of the UN OHCHR for Central Asia

On 15 September 2023 the OSCE Academy was honoured to welcome Ms. Matilda Bogner, Regional Representative of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights for Central Asia. Mr. Colin McCullough, Senior Planning and Co-ordination Officer, and Mr. Christopher Blair, Head of the Human Department, OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek, joined the event and welcomed Ms. Bogner to the OSCE Academy. Students of all three MA Programmes of the Academy had an opportunity to learn about the activities of the UN OHCHR office and discussed with Ms. Bogner the practical work of the Office in Central Asian region and globally. This visit was organized with the support of the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek.
