Regional Training on Regulatory Impact Analysis

From 11 to 15 September, the OSCE Academy conducted regional training analyzing the regulatory impact of regulatory legal acts for junior and mid-level officials from the analytical departments of institutes, ministries and departments in Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan. In an interactive format, thirteen participants familiarized themselves with the following topics: government regulation and participation of citizens in political decision-making, the basis for public policy analysis, opportunities and challenges when  applying the regulatory impact analysis, and the experience of other countries, etc. The training was conducted by Izmailov Kemal Osmanovich--from the Institute of Public Analysis and Research, Kyrgyzstan.
