"This is to express my gratitude to the OSCE Academy in Bishkek for providing this wonderful opportunity to study at the Diplomatic Academy of Russian MFA.
Though the course was short term but it included many interesting round tables, lectures and discussions as well as helpful modules. The round tables held by representatives of the Russian MFA and the faculties of the Diplomatic Academy were interesting since they managed to broaden our theoretical knowledge of such international organizations as the UN, OSCE and Council of Europe. The lecturers and speakers were very knowledgeable and competent and were able to answer all our questions, but I would like to distinguish professor Kutovoi for sharing his rich experience and knowledge.
Sessions held by the OSCE/ODIHR trainers were practice-oriented and therefore we have learned all necessary information on international election observation by the ODIHR. We managed to ask practical questions: for instance how to cooperate with the ODIHR, how to be recruited by the ODIHR international elections observation missions. Modules on the OSCE activities (presented by Matanat Rahimova) including result based management, project management, gender mainstreaming in project management and recruitment in OSCE were of particular interest to me since I would like to seek employment with OSCE missions abroad.
I have additionally expressed my thanks to the Dean of the Diplomatic Academy, Ambassador Tihomirov to organizing such interesting extension courses and requested to keep up inviting alumni of OSCE Academy in Bishkek. Additionally I have thanked OSCE Center in Bishkek in writing for support with making all necessary arrangements for this course."
