Anja Mihr. PhD, political scientist, joined the OSCE Academy first in 2018 as DAAD long term Associate Professor (LZD). In 2023 Mihr initiated an EU co-funded Master in Liberal Arts programme at the OSCE Academy in Human Rights and Sustainability (MAHRS) and the Global Campus Central Asia, which is implemented jointly with the Global Campus of Human Rights in Venice as one of their eight regional Masters Programmes in Human Rights. In 2023 Prof. Mihr has become a recipient of the Human Rights in Higher Education International Award. Mihr teaches International Human Rights Law, International Relations, Cyber Justice, Climate Justice, Democracy and Transitology at internationally renown Universities and has been editor in chief of the OSCE Academy compendium edition on Development and Transformation in the OSCE Region from 2020 - 2024.
