Azhar Kaltarbekova has joined the OSCE Academy in 2020 as a Trainee for the Research and Training Department right after graduation from university. Since July 2021, Azhar has joined the International Department team at the OSCE Academy, where she works directly with the alumni community. Azhar has received her Bachelors Degree in Anthropolgy at the American University in Central Asia.
