Katya Argynova joined the OSCE Academy in 2008 as a librarian. Before that, she was the head of the cataloging and acquisition department at the AUСA Library. Since joining the OSCE Academy, she has been actively working on creating an Electronic Catalog of the library's book collection. In 2021, Katya led a project to create a Repository of students' master's theses on the DSpace platform. Since then, the repository has been updated each year with new theses from OSCE Academy graduates. Katya is also actively involved in the Kyrgyzstan Library Consortium, participates in conferences and training sessions, and shares her experience with colleagues. Her efforts help maintain high standards of service and information support for the OSCE Academy library users.
