OSCE Academy in Bishkek and Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University signed an Academic Cooperation Agreement

On 28 February 2022, Dr. Alexander Wolters, Director of the OSCE Academy in Bishkek, and Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan, Rector, and Prof. Dr. Asylbek Kulmurzaev, Co-President of the Kyrgyz Turkish Manas University, signed an Academic Cooperation Agreement. The Agreement is designed to foster research and academic collaborations between the two institutions. In particular, it is planned to organize an exchange of academic staff, researchers, fellows, as well as students; joint seminars, courses, workshops and other scientific meetings; co-edition of scientific publications; and exchange of information including publications and scientific journals.

The Signing Ceremony took place at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University. Following the Ceremony, Dr. Wolters was invited for an introductory interview for Manas Media (Radio and TV).
