OSCE Academy and Kyrgyzpatent forge Partnership

On 16 April 2024, the Director of the OSCE Academy Dr. Kate Walker, and the Director of the State Agency of Intellectual Property and Innovation under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic (Kyrgyzpatent) Rakhat Kerimbaeva signed a Memorandum of Understanding. Under the Agreement, the parties will cooperate to enhance the capacity of inventors, especially women inventors, in Kyrgyzstan.
