OSCE Academy Students Discuss Youth Perspectives and Projects at the OSCE Secretariat

On 13 November 2024, the MA Students in the Politics and Security Programme had a guest lecture with Mr. Andrea Salvoni, Senior Advisor to the OSCE Secretary General and Ms. Assel Murat, Assistant Project Officer on Youth and Security and graduate of the OSCE Academy, who presented about the work of the OSCE Secretariat and youth perspectives and projects. The presentation shed light on the internal workings of the OSCE. It also extended to the commitment of the OSCE to integrating youth perspectives within security and peacebuilding frameworks that align with United Nations Security Council Resolutions. The presentations followed by an intensive Q and A period, formed part of the OSCE Module and contributed to the practical understanding of students concerning the practice of multilateral diplomacy.
