Deputy Director Dr. Indira Satarkulova Says Good Bye to the OSCE Academy

Dear colleagues, friends, faculty,

This is an important moment that I want to share with you as I am about to start a new chapter of my career.

The future belongs to those who pursue the success and is able to make the life better. Since 2004 Academy has made a difference in people's lives and I am proud to be a dedicated part of the success of 324 graduates since 2016. Together we worked hard and launched two new educational programmes. I was part and supporter of a strong international cooperation development. I evidenced and participated in great research and training achievements. We celebrated countless successes of our graduates and enhanced the Academy’s strong educational reputation in Central Asia always going above and beyond.

Being a manager can be hard, it requires to learn constantly, to be decisive and plan properly, to hold yourself accountable and be confident, to develop adaptability and be honest but your performance always made my work easy. We have been through many challenges with you but it was only to prove that there is nothing impossible. We’ve achieved so much as a team and there is a lot for you to achieve further!
