OSCE Academy Representatives Visit SNSPA in Romania as Part of Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Programme

From 6 to 10 October 2025, representatives of the OSCE Academy visited the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA) in Romania as part of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Programme. The visiting team included Ms. Katya Argynova, Librarian of the OSCE Academy, Ms. Cholponai Kanatbekova, Junior Finance Specialist, and Ms. Nazgul Kadyrova, BA Specialist.

During their stay, the representatives met with Prof. Mihail Cercel, Dean of the Department of International Relations and European Integration, and Dr. Ana-Maria Costea, Institutional Erasmus+ Coordinator at SNSPA. The meetings served as a platform for exchanging experiences and discussing academic processes, including the admissions process and the course credit system.

The OSCE Academy team also explored the university campus and visited the library, where they were introduced to the digital resources and database system. The visit provided an excellent opportunity to learn more about SNSPA’s educational programmes and share information about the OSCE Academy’s academic activities.

SNSPA has been one of the OSCE Academy’s key Erasmus+ partners, successfully promoting student and staff exchanges since 2020.
