The OSCE Academy entered into cooperation with the Bishkek-based Youth Development Institute and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation to organize a professional development training titled the School of Early Career Analysts.
This School is an educational and practical platform where a selected group of youth leaders, NGO staff, state and municipal employees will be able to gain and improve their knowledge in the field of research, and the development of analytical instruments. The programme will help strengthen youth and civic participation in decision-making processes at local and national level.
The seven-months-long training will consist of five modules, each dedicated to particular area of expertise. In the course of the School the participants will be working on research papers on youth-related issues at national or local level.
The OSCE Academy is committed to developing professional expertise in Central Asia, and this project is expected to contribute towards this goal.
