From 22 to 25 January, a new workshop was held at the OSCE Academy - Professional Skills and Assets for Successful Job Applications. The workshop was run by trainers Dr. Rolf Kuchenbuch, Visiting Professor (Langzeit-Dozent) German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and Ms. Amelia Hagen, TEDxAUCA Organizer and Curator and Social Entrepreneurship Program Coordinator at the American University of Central Asia (AUCA), who taught 28 participants from Central Asia on how to build personal branding. The workshop programme was designed to enhance the capacity of young professionals in CV-writing and self-presentation during job interviews; share tips and hints on how to create effective professional profiles on social networking platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter; enhance presentation and public speaking skills. The workshop sessions proceeded in lively interactive meetings, featuring group work, peer-editing, as well as lectures and individual consultations of participants.
