From 15 to 19 July the OSCE Academy conducted regional training on writing feasibility studies for investment projects within the framework of state development policies (industrial development, export promotion and infrastructure development) for 22 junior and middle-level staff from the analytical departments of institutes, ministries and departments of Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.
The training was organized in inter-active mode, allowing participants to learn how to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the project, including investment analysis, political and social impact analysis and environmental impact analysis. In addition, participants became familiar with the principles and techniques of writing and evaluating analytical notes.
The closing ceremony took place in the ethno-resort “Supara Chunkurchak”, where trainer Mr. Evgeniy Kurinin awarded the certificates to participants. At the end of the event, the participants thanked the OSCE Academy and wished each other successes and achievements.
