The OSCE Academy in Bishkek is a public foundation founded in 2002 through a partnership between the Kyrgyz Government and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). The OSCE Academy advances the values and principles of the OSCE through research, postgraduate education, professional training, and intellectual exchange.

Key Responsibilities
- to coordinate under the supervision of the Academic Director the MA Programme in Human Rights and Sustainability (MAHRS programme)
- to assist the Academy management with student affairs and administrative tasks, i.e. graduation of students, Kyrgyz authorities and in the overall implementation of the MAHRS programme
- to assist the head of the Department of Education on all administrative issues related to the implementation and coordination of programmatic activities
- to coordinate the exchange with institutional partners of the MAHRS, especially with the Global Campus of Human Rights in Central Asia branch in Bishkek and the headquarters https://www.gchumanrights.org/ in Venice, Italy.
- to assist with conducting admission tests in both online and offline formats, including collecting and registering applications, screening submitted documents, administering tests and admission interviews in both formats, and maintaining archival records of the admission process.
- to conduct proper records management and prepare documentation (students' personal files) for archiving, ensuring students’ records are complete, current, and systematically maintained
- to collaborate with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic on matters related to the assigned duties (reporting, statistics, foreign students' diplomas verification, etc.)
- to develop creative engagement with students, serve on committees, work groups, and task forces at the request of supervisors, organize and attend students’ related events;
- to perform other duties as assigned by supervisors, in addition to assisting with general office tasks
Qualifications
- MA degree in the field of International Relations, Political Science, Economics or related social sciences
- At least 2 years of administrative work experience, preferably with institutions or universities
- Organizational and social media skills to organize students field trips and post student activities on MAHRS GC Central Asia website.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, globally and remotely to adapt to different time zones.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Very good analytical skills, experience in working with a large amount of information and documentation within a short period of time
- Effective teamwork, communication, and time management skills
- Willingness to work with individuals from different genders, sexual orientations/expressions, nationalities, ethnicities, abilities, social backgrounds, religious beliefs, and economic backgrounds.
- Strong organizational competence, high level of stress-resistance
