  • Call for Applications: Stipends for One-Year Stay at NUPI 2015

    This call is exclusively targeted at the alumni of the OSCE Academy. Graduates of any year and from either of the Master’s programmes may apply. Two alumni will be selected to spend a year at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI), starting in January 2015 (pending further project funding).


  • History Writing and Nation-Building in Central Asia

    The OSCE Academy in Bishkek and the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI) announce a call for applications for a project ‘History writing and nation-building in Central Asia’ that will continue from September 2014 till July 2016 and aim at developing research and publishing skills among OSCE Academy alumni.

  • Alumni Met for a Chapter Meeting in Dushanbe

    On 29 April the OSCE Academy Alumni Network conducted a Chapter meeting in Dushanbe. Fifteen graduates of both MA Programmes have met with the representatives of the GIZ in Tajikistan – Mr Jens Elsner, Deputy Country Director, Dr Igor Eromenko, Senior Economist and Ms Nigina Shukurova, HR Officer.


  • Alumnus Donated Books to the OSCE Academy's Library

    On 2 April 2014 alumnus Rashid Gabdulhakov ’13 made a donation of the books, received from the Whitwirth University (WA, USA ) to the OSCE Academy’s library.


  • Alumni Publications 2013-2014

  • Open House and Alumni Breakfast

    On 1 March Alumni chapter in Kyrgyzstan participated in the Alumni Breakfast, devoted to the topic of leadership; and in the Open House Day, organized for Bishkek-based candidates interested in the OSCE Academy's Masters Programmes.


  • The 2nd Alumni Reunion Brings Together Over 80 Graduates of the Academy

    On 7-8 September 2013 the OSCE Academy in Bishkek held its 2nd Alumni Reunion of the Master of Arts in Politics and Security and of the Master of Arts in Economic Governance and Development.


  • Junior Public Officers (JPO) Programme Agreement Extended with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic

    On June 25, 2013, the OSCE Academy has re-signed an Agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic allowing its graduates from Kyrgyzstan to intern at the Ministry.
