Dr. Indira Satarkulova, has joined the OSCE Academy in 2016. She holds PhD in law, LL.M degree in international law (USA); MA degree in Civil Law (Kyrgyzstan). Dr. Satarkulova is a Scholar of the advanced program in European Law and Economics (Latvia), a licensed Kyrgyzstan Attorney-at-law, member of the Kyrgyzstan Lawyers’ Association; Member of the Supervisory and Expert Boards of ICA CCI KR; arbitrator of the: Bishkek International Court of Arbitration for Mining and Commerce (Kyrgyz Republic), Dispute Resolution Center (Georgia), Quanzhou Arbitration Commission (PRC), Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration (Lithuania). In 2024 Dr. Satarkulova was selected a delegate to the International Chamber of Commerce Commission on Arbitration and amicable dispute resolution (Paris, France) for the 2024-2027 mandate representing ICC Kyrgyzstan.
