Janyl Bokonbaeva, one of the first alumnae of the OSCE Academy's Masters Programme in Politics and Security (Central Asia) has published a monograph "Kyrgyzstan-OSCE- ways of co-operation." The author undertakes a comprehensive analysis of co-operation between Kyrgyzstan and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). The process of development of the co-operation is analyzed through the political-military, economic-environmental and human dimensions projects of the OSCE in Kyrgyzstan. The OSCE Academy is exemplified as one of the most successful OSCE's activities in the country, which contributes to the strengthening of the human potential of the region and inclusion of Central Asia into international academic space. The author concludes that co-operation with such international organizations as the OSCE allowed the increase of the potential of diplomatic service of Kyrgyzstan and helped to join the international arena. In the opinion of Janyl Bokonbaeva, commitment to the OSCE has positive, stabilizing and long-term value for the Kyrgyzstan's democratic consolidation and success in foreign policy orientation.
