OSCE Academy and Ibn Haldun University formalize Partnership

On 15 June 2022, the OSCE Academy in Bishkek and Ibn Haldun University in Istanbul officially formalized the cooperation between the two institutions. The OSCE Academy delegation - Dr. Alexander Wolters, Director, Dr. Indira Satarkulova, Deputy Director, and Victoria Orazova, Head of International Office, met the delegation from Ibn Haldun University – Prof. Atilla Arkan, President, Prof. Yaşar Sarı, Director of Haydar Aliyev Center for Eurasian Studies, and Enes Yalman, Director of International Office, at the premises of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University. Director Wolters and President Arkan signed the Memorandum of Understanding between the two institutions, paving the way for fruitful collaboration in the area of higher education, research, and dialogues. In particular, the Parties discussed the possibility to launch student exchange via the Erasmus+ programme, internship opportunities as well as the establishment of a joint graduate programme. The OSCE Academy pays special attention to the development of the partnership and cooperation with the leading international and regional Higher Education Institutions and looks forward to the implementation of joint activities.
