Young Professionals Enhance Project Management Skills through Academy Training

From 7 to 11 August 2023, a Project Management Training took place at the OSCE Academy in Bishkek. Twenty-two young professionals from International Organizations, International Development Organizations, International Non-Governmental (Non-Profit) Organizations, Governmental bodies, and Public Institutions, representing Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan participated in the training.

Throughout the week, the participants were equipped with knowledge of the project lifecycle from inception to completion. The training provided participants with holistic understanding of project management and its importance in various working environments. With a focus on practicality, they improved their skills to efficiently manage and execute successful projects that contribute positively to their organizations and communities.

The training was led by Mr. Waleed Gumaa, Director of Masters Programmes&Lecturer at Riga Graduate School of Law, Riga, Latvia and visiting teaching fellow at the OSCE Academy.
