Master Class Regional Protection of Human Rights – Inter-American System for the Protection of Human Rights

On 30 September 2023, Prof. Dr. Verónica Gómez, President of the Global Campus of Human Rights in Venice, who also serves as a Professor of Law at the University of San Martin in Buenos Aires, and as a Judge at the Interamerican Court for Human Rights in Costa Rica, delivered a master class on Regional Protection of Human Rights – Inter-American System for the Protection of Human Rights to MAHRS students. During the master class students gained more knowledge about the evolution of the international protection of human rights, the sources of international law and their invocation. Prof. Gomez also explained the origin and functioning of the inter-American System for the protection and promotion of human rights.
