Within the training, participants were divided into groups and were tasked to address the real situation and try to implement a project that has overrun the deadlines and budget. In the end, the groups presented all the results to the trainer, who played the role of the owner and evaluated the project.

Five selected participants received grants for the Official Certification (IPMA Level D), whereas all participants who successfully completed all the assignments received Certificates of Completion.
