On 18 February the OSCE Academy hosted an online workshop for current students and recent alumni, who are looking to launch a career in international development. The workshop was initiated by the Academy Postdoctoral Fellow Dr. Aijan Sharshenova. Dr. Sharshenova has an extensive experience working in USAID projects in Kyrgyzstan and the UN agencies’ in the Middle East that she shared with the participants of the workshop. The key purpose of this workshop was to increase awareness and understanding of the requirements set by the employers working in international development, and to facilitate a discussion on how to start a career in international development.
