The OSCE Academy in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan invites applications for the position of Trainee in the Department of Education.
The OSCE Academy in Bishkek is a public foundation, created in 2002 as a result of a partnership between the Kyrgyz Government and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). The OSCE Academy promotes values and principles of the OSCE through research, post-graduate education, professional trainings, and intellectual exchange.

Key duties and responsibilities of the Trainee are as follows:
– preparation of personal files of graduates, as well as other documents of the Department of Education of the OSCE Academy for submission to the archive;
– provide assistance in the process of entrance examinations;
– provide assistance in maintaining proper document flow;
– interact and provide daily support to the staff of the Department of Education;
– assist in creating and promoting content related to the Academy’s educational programmes on the Academy’s media platforms in cooperation with the PR Assistant;
– perform other duties as assigned by the administration.
Qualifications and eligibility:
– Completed BA degree and/or diploma of higher education;
– Experienced PC user (knowledge of MS Office programmes);
– Fluency in Russian and English (written and oral) languages;
– Ability to work independently, timely implement tasks;
– Ability to learn fast, a developed sense of responsibility, communication skills and ability to work in a team;
– Excellent analytical skills, experience of working with a large amount of information and documentation within a short period of time;
– basic skills in video editing and designing visual content for social media (post design) will be considered an asset.
