On 10 November 2023, the OSCE Academy hosted an intellectual quiz, 'Youth QUIZ,' organized by the SDI Public Foundation and members of the UN Youth Advisory Council. The event was held within the Youth Day in the Kyrgyz Republic. Thirty-three young people gathered for an active discussion of key issues regarding the role of youth in achieving sustainable development.

On 14 November 2023, an Alumni Chapter Meeting was held in Vienna, Austria. The event brought together 15 alumni and students for a meeting with Dr. Indira Satarkulova, Acting Director of the OSCE Academy, and H.E. Ambassador Alexey Rogov, Head of the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek, along with his team members, Seraina Peterson, Policy Officer at the Conflict Prevention Centre, Dr. Indra Overland, Head of Research Group on Climate and Energy at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI), and Elisabeth Librekt Olsen, Senior Advisor in the Research Group on Climate and Energy at NUPI.

On 14 November 2023 the Board of Trustees of the OSCE Academy held its regular meeting in Hofburg, Vienna under the chairmanship of H.E. Ambassador Alexey Rogov, Head of the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek. Although the meeting was conducted in a hybrid format, thus, providing an open opportunity to observers to witness a crucial for the Academy event, but it was also the first meeting for the past several years, which gathered the members of the Board of Trustees in person and allowed face-to-face participation of the representatives of the delegations of EU, Finland, , Germany, Kyrgyzstan, Norway and Norwegian Institute of International Affairs, Russian Federation, Sweden, Switzerland, the United States, and the United Kingdom, and representatives of Austria, the Geneva Centre for Security Policy's, Italy, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan joined online.
