On 4-5 November 2023, a Joint Expert/Alumni Conference on "Central Asia: Comprehensive Security and Sustainable Development" was held at the OSCE Academy. The conference was co-organized by the OSCE Academy and the University of Siena.

On 31 October 2023, a Halloween celebration was held at the OSCE Academy. MA and BA students, faculty, and staff members dressed as clowns, wizards, witches, Harry Potter characters, Maleficent, and other monsters, creating a spirit of Halloween.

On 18-20 October 2023, Dr. Almakan Orozobekova, the OSCE Academy’s Project and Training Specialist participated in the meeting of the Networks for Women Professionals in Prevention and Countering Violent Extremism and Radicalization that Lead to Terrorism held in Vienna.

On 19 October 2023, the OSCE Academy hosted an event devoted to the launch of the second edition of Central Asia Forecasting Project Report. "Central Asia Forecasting" jointly organized with Friedrich Ebert Stiftung in Kazakhstan which served as a platform to present the findings of the survey and to discuss political, economic, and environmental aspects of Central Asia's development.

On 16 October 2023 Dr. Indira Satarkulova, Acting Director of the OSCE Academy, and Victoria Orazova, Head of the International Depratment, met with the representatives of the Institute for Strategic Studies under National Security Council of Mongolia - Ms. Soyolgerel Nyamjav, Head of International Security Studies Centre, and Mr. Batjargal Purevdorj, Senior Expert of the International Military Strategic Studies Center.

On 16 October 2023 within the framework of the official and first visit to Mongolia, Dr. Indira Satarkulova, Acting Director of the OSCE Academy in Bishkek, and Victoria Orazova, Head of International Department, visited the National University of Mongolia (NUM) to establish an academic partnership and present the OSCE Academy’s programmes to the NUM students. The OSCE Academy’s representatives were hosted by Prof. Munkhbat Sonomdarjaa, a newly appointed Dean of School of Politics, International Relations and Public Administration, and Prof. Turtogtokh Janar, Chairman, Professor of the Department of Political Science.

On 16 October 2023 representatives of the OSCE Academy in Bishkek paid an official and first visit to Ulaanbaatar to establish contacts and academic partnerships with Mongolian higher education and research institutions aimed to develop future cooperation. One of the key high-level meetings was with H. E. Mr. Enkh-Amgalan Luvsantseren, Minister of Education and Science of Mongolia.

On 6 October 2023 Ms. Tatevika Paronjana, Political Advisor to the EU Special Representative for Central Asia paid a visit to the OSCE Academy to learn more about its activities in the region. Dr. Indira Satarkulova, Acting Director of the OSCE Academy, has presented the ongoing programmes and activities of the Academy, plans for a near future, as well as shared the achievements and challenges faced.
