MA Students learn about International Organization’s Recruitment
On 27 September Mr. Gustavo Araujo, Chief of Recruitment of the OSCE in Vienna, visited the OSCE Academy and delivered a lecture to MA students on “Preparing Job Applications for International Organisations.” Mr. Araujo shared his professional background and on personal experience explained the importance of strong and well-prepared job application. Students also learnt about the IO’s recruitment process; the professional and personal qualities that IO’s are looking for in candidates; how to prepare successful application; why it is important to understand the job description; and received some hints for improving the cover letter.
