Online Admission Test Rules and Requirements

The online admission test is conducted for applicants from Afghanistan, Mongolia, Turkmenistan, as well as candidates from other OSCE participating States.

The test will be administered via Google Forms, while proctoring and monitoring will take place through Zoom to ensure a transparent and fair process.

Technical Requirements

Applicants must ensure the following technical setup prior to the test:

  • A stable and high-speed internet connection
  • A computer or laptop with a functioning built-in or external camera
  • Google Chrome browser installed and updated
  • A mobile phone with a camera (to be used for Zoom monitoring)
  • Headphones with a working microphone
  • Fully charged devices (computer and phone) for the entire duration of the test

Room and Environment Requirements

  • The applicant must be alone in a quiet, private room with no interruptions
  • The desk must be arranged so that there is visible space behind the applicant
  • The mobile phone must be positioned to provide a clear side or rear view of the applicant and their computer screen via Zoom
  • Before the test begins, proctors will require a 360-degree scan of the room
  • Proctors may request additional room scans at any time during the test if deemed necessary

Rules During the Test

  • The applicant must remain visible on camera at all times
  • No external assistance or communication is allowed
  • No use of unauthorized materials, devices, or websites
  • The test must be completed independently

Disqualification Policy

Applicants may be denied access to the test or disqualified if:

  • They do not have a stable internet connection
  • They fail to meet the technical requirements listed above
  • Any form of cheating or academic dishonesty is detected
  • They communicate with other individuals during the test
  • They fail to comply with proctor instructions at any point

Additional Notes

  • Applicants are advised to join the Zoom session at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time
  • Late entry may result in disqualification
  • In case of technical issues, applicants must immediately inform the proctors via Zoom chat or audio
