“I am passionate about working in this unit (Gender Issues Program, Office of the Secretary General) since it reflects my long-held belief in gender equality and women’s rights, as well as my conviction in the key role of the OSCE in achieving this objective on a global scale. Empowering women and ensuring their inclusion and equal participation in all spheres of political and public life is what I consider a fulfilling approach to maintaining peace and security, and it is an honor to contribute to this cause. Furthermore, interning at the GIP significantly contributes to my master thesis as well as my future research endeavors.”
