On 16 March 2026, the OSCE Academy in Bishkek hosted representatives from EY (Ernst & Young) for a guest lecture titled “Career in EY DATAS.” The lecture was organized for BA students of Economics and MA students of Economic Governance and Development Programmes and was focused on exploring career opportunities in consulting, data analytics, and professional services within the EY DATAS organization.

The session was delivered by Ms. Aktolkyn Kusherbayeva, Partner at DATAS; Ms. Irina Borisnenko, Manager at DATAS; Mr. Askar Seitkhan, Director of Audit; Mr. Aleksei Shuvaev, Head of Recruitment; and Ms. Leila Jakova, Recruitment Specialist. During the lecture, the speakers shared insights into the work of the EY DATAS team and discussed the role of data and analytics in solving complex business challenges across different industries.

Participants learned about the types of projects carried out by EY DATAS, as well as the skills and competencies required to build a successful career within the company. The speakers also presented the career paths available for students and graduates, including internship opportunities and entry-level positions.

In addition, representatives from the recruitment team provided practical guidance on the application process and explained what makes working at EY and within the Big4 environment unique, highlighting opportunities for professional growth, international collaboration, and exposure to large-scale projects.
